The age of children must be provided at the time of booking. Under no circumstances may the number of guests accessing the rooms exceed the capacity of the reserved accommodation.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Section 4.02<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\" class=\"translation-block\">If, upon arrival, the number of people exceeds the booked capacity, the owner may refuse to accommodate additional guests. This refusal cannot be considered a modification or termination of the contract by the owner. the desired g\u00eete, number of guests, and check-in date.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">The booking engine suggests available offers that match the client's criteria.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">The client selects services and options and adds them to the online cart.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">To validate the online cart, the client enters their full contact details, including the company name if applicable.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">The client must accept the General USE OF THE PARKING AREA<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-240aa27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"240aa27\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 16.01<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Mas Caners provides a dedicated parking area for clients' vehicles, with a maximum capacity of 5 mid-sized cars. <\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 16.02<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Mas Caners is not responsible for any damage, theft, or break-ins involving vehicles parked on the premises during the client\u2019s stay.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f747c8d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f747c8d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article XVII. PETS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b9ee44 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b9ee44\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 17.01<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">For hygiene reasons and to ensure a peaceful environment, pets are not allowed, except with explicit authorization from Mas Caners at the time of booking. The only exception is for service dogs assisting visually or physically impaired individuals.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 17.02<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Failure to comply with this clause will result in the refusal of both the pet and its owner. This refusal does not constitute a contract modification or termination by Mas Caners. INTERNET ACCESS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17c7bf3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"17c7bf3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Mas Caners provides WiFi access, allowing clients to connect to the internet. The client agrees not to use the IT resources made available by the establishment for copying, distributing, making available, or publicly sharing any copyrighted content without proper authorization. This includes texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software, and video games protected under Books I and II of the French Intellectual Property Code.\n\nFailure to comply with these obligations may constitute copyright infringement, as outlined in Article L.335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code, and may result in penalties including a fine of \u20ac300,000 and up to three years in prison.\n\nAdditionally, the client must adhere to the security policy of the internet service provider, including any measures implemented to prevent unlawful use of IT resources. The client must also refrain from any actions that compromise the effectiveness of these security measures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80ad8f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"80ad8f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article XIX. CODE OF CONDUCT AND USE OF PREMISES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00a82bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00a82bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\" class=\"translation-block\">To ensure peace and comfort for all guests, the following rules apply:<\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">(1) Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout Mas Caners, including electronic cigarettes, in both g\u00eetes and common areas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(2) Open flames (barbecues, candles, bonfires) are forbidden, and smoking outdoors is only allowed in designated safe areas.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(3) The only authorized cooking appliance is the electric plancha, which must be used outdoors, at least one meter away from any walls.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(4) Smoking is only permitted outside the property grounds.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(5) Late-night arrivals must be silent to respect the peace of other guests.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(6) Meals must be consumed in the living area, kitchen, or private terrace, and never in bedrooms.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(7) Clients must return the g\u00eete in the same condition as received (excluding routine cleaning). Any damages must be reported and financially covered by the client.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(8) Private areas of the property are strictly off-limits to guests.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(9) Minors on the property remain under the full responsibility of their parents or guardians.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(10) Furniture, games, and equipment provided to guests must not be moved or used improperly.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(11) Mas Caners is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injuries occurring on the property, regardless of the cause.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(12) Guests must remain courteous towards other clients, visitors, and property owners.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(13) Guests must inform Mas Caners in advance if they expect visitors during their stay.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(14) Only toilet paper provided by Mas Caners may be disposed of in the toilets.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(15) Towels provided by Mas Caners must not be used for makeup removal, shoe cleaning, or stained with beauty or polish products. Clients are responsible for replacing damaged linens.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(16) Forgotten items can be shipped upon request and at the client's expense.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">(17) Subscribing to streaming services or web subscriptions other than those available on the TV is not allowed.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">(18) <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Intoxication is strictly forbidden within the g\u00eetes and common areas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eca9385 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eca9385\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article XX. RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-067f493 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"067f493\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 24.01<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Any behavior contrary to public order or morality will result in the establishment requiring the client to leave immediately, without any compensation or refund, even if payment has already been made.\n\nThe client accepts and agrees to comply with the Internal Regulations in force.\n\nFailure to adhere to any provision of these regulations will oblige the establishment to request the client\u2019s departure, again without any compensation or refund, if payment has already been made.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 24.02<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">You certify that you are of legal age and covered by a Civil Liability Insurance policy that includes your own responsibility as well as that of your family members.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 24.03<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Mas Caners certifies that it holds an insurance policy covering its Professional Civil Liability, arising from its tourist rental activities as described in the statutes of the S.A.S.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 24.04<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\" class=\"translation-block\">The photographs displayed on our Reservit booking platform, our website www.mascaners.com, and partner websites are not contractually binding.\n\nAlthough every effort is made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations, and descriptions accurately reflect the services offered, variations may occur between the time of booking and the actual stay.<\/p><p align=\"left\">\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Section 24.05<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">The establishment cannot be held liable for the non-performance or poor execution of a reservation in cases of force majeure, third-party actions, or the client's own actions. This includes situations such as internet network unavailability, website access issues, external intrusions, computer viruses, or unauthorized prepayment refusals by the client\u2019s bank.\n\nForce majeure refers to any unforeseeable and insurmountable event beyond the control of the parties that prevents either the client or the establishment from fulfilling their contractual obligations. Events recognized as force majeure or fortuitous cases by French court jurisprudence fall under this category.\n\nNeither party shall be held liable to the other in the event of non-performance due to force majeure.
