WE WISH YOU A PLEASANT STAY AT MAS CANERS.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

This House Rules should be interpreted as a code of conduct to which all guests of Mas Caners must adhere. Its purpose is to define the rights and responsibilities of each individual in order to ensure harmonious behavior.\n\nEveryone present on the premises is required to fully comply with the instructions outlined in these regulations. In case of non-compliance, and after multiple polite reminders, the management of Mas Caners reserves the right to ask the individuals involved to leave the premises, without any refund or compensation.\n\nThe General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force apply in full and are inseparable from these House Rules.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Your check-in is available on the day of your arrival, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.\n\nExceptionally, late arrivals after 8:00 PM will be accepted, provided that you inform Mas Caners in advance.\n\nFor your comfort and peace of mind, it is recommended that you provide us with your estimated arrival time.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On the last day of your stay, the departure time from the establishment is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the latest.\n\nAfter 10:00 AM, an additional night's stay or service fee will be charged.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Article IV. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • The entire Mas Caners property is non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes. Therefore, it is forbidden to smoke in the g\u00eetes you occupy, as well as in any common areas.\n\nAs a result, the only designated smoking area is outside the premises of Mas Caners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Out of respect for all the occupants of the estate, we kindly ask our guests to wear appropriate attire at all times and to be dressed and properly shod when moving around in the common areas.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Children must always be under the responsibility of an adult, 24\/7, and at all locations on the estate.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Guests agree to return the g\u00eetes in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to report and financially cover any damage for which they may be responsible.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Mas Caners disclaims any responsibility in the event of theft or bodily injury occurring on the property or in the parking area provided free of charge for guests.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Breakage: If applicable, please report it during your stay. Immediately inform the owner of any damage or incident occurring in the rented property, even if there is no apparent damage.\n\nIn the event of loss or damage to any item of the g\u00eete caused by the tenant, the security deposit will be reduced by the cost of repairs or replacement upon presentation of proof of expenses by the owner, and this will be done within a maximum period of two months.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Article V. THE LODGES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • We kindly ask you to turn off the lights when you leave your room or lodges.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • The layout has been designed for optimal use to ensure a high-quality stay. Therefore, bedding, furniture, and various items should not be moved outside the accommodations.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Please do not throw any objects or products (such as tampons, sanitary towels, cotton pads, etc.) in the toilet as they may block the pipes and cause inconvenience to all occupants. Only toilet paper should be disposed of in the toilet.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Please do not eat in the rooms, do not store food in them, and do not picnic on the property.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Respecting the peace and quiet of other guests in the case of late returns or early departures is an essential rule of conduct.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Valuables items (such as jewelry, multimedia devices, various payment methods, etc.) remain entirely the responsibility of the clients. The parking area is private and unsupervised; Mas Caners will not be held responsible for any potential theft that may occur on the property.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Article VII. THE PARK<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • The client is required to use the equipment installed on the property in accordance with its intended purpose and to ensure that it is not damaged.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • The circulation of vehicles or motorized equipment is strictly prohibited within the premises of the estate.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • For the proper maintenance of the estate, it is forbidden to climb trees or damage them, as well as to pick fruits, flowers, or foliage.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Activities and games that may disturb the peace or threaten the safety of other guests, or cause damage to plants, structures, and garden furniture, are prohibited.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Guests are required to maintain the cleanliness of the premises. All papers, food scraps, or other waste must be disposed of in the waste bins provided for this purpose or kept with the guest.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • It is forbidden to spit, urinate, or defecate in the green spaces. Toilets are available in the lodges.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Article VIII. SPA AREA, SWIMMING POND, NORDIC BATH, SAUNA<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Section 8.01 COMMON RULES<\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Access to this area is exclusively reserved for the owners of the estate and their family, as well as for guests who have purchased a paid service offered by Mas Caners.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Users of this area commit to taking a shower before using the swimming pond, spa, or sauna. An outdoor shower is available next to the pond.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Makeup removal is mandatory (including foundation).<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • A soapy shower in the room is mandatory before accessing the area.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Swimsuits or swim trunks are mandatory and must be the only attire worn.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Respect the surrounding peace and quiet: do not shout, do not scream, and avoid playing loud music.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Do not splash water outside the pools (pond and Nordic bath).<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Section 8.02 SWIMMING POND (Special rules)<\/span><\/span><\/p>

          \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          1. Preamble: Natural swimming areas are subject to much lighter regulations compared to traditional pools. Natural pools are not governed by any specific laws, whereas traditional pools are subject to safety regulations outlined in the urban planning code. The swimming pond at Mas Caners does not have an alarm, safety barrier, or rigid cover. The pond is not monitored. Therefore, it is imperative that when swimming with children, there must be constant supervision by an adult in close proximity. <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

            1. Access conditions<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

              Opening of the Pond:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

              • Available year-round<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • From 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Access Forbidden:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

                • At night<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • When the maintenance robot is present<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • During maintenance\/regulation periods <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • In case of bad weather (rain, wind, storms, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • In case of force majeure, or any other event that Mas Caners will explain to the client.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  (c)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>For your SAFETY<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                  • Minimum depth at the stairs: 1.40 meters<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                  • Maximum depth in the deep area: 2.00 meters<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                  • No running along the pond<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                  • No jumping, no diving<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                  • The pond is not monitored<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                  • The swimmer is the sole judge (or their legal representative) of their physical condition and suitability to swim in the pond, able to move and swim in a manner that ensures their safety in the water. Mas Caners reserves the right to deny access to any client showing visible symptoms that could jeopardize their safety during swimming.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                  • The maximum number of people allowed in the pond at the same time is 10 swimmers.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    (d)\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>To respect HYGIENE<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                    The<\/span><\/span><\/span>biological swimming pond at <\/span><\/span>Mas Caners is a self-sustaining ecosystem, treated biologically without chemicals, thus perfectly preserving the environment. It is\nimperative to <\/span><\/span>follow the following rules to preserve this ecosystem:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

                    • Only sandals, flip-flops, or bare feet are allowed around the pond.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                    • The use of deckchairs around the pool is allowed only on the condition that guests sit or lie on a towel.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                    • Do not urinate, do not spit, do not throw objects or stones into the water.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                    • Do not eat or drink in the pond.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                    • In case of any bodily waste, guests will be asked to leave the pond immediately and to inform Mas Caners right away.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                    • Intimate relations are prohibited.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                      (e) Concerning MINORS<\/u><\/p>

                      Minors are under the responsibility and exclusive supervision of an adult with authority.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                      • Minors under 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult who is supervising them, either in the pond or at the edge of the pond.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                      • Parents or responsible adults certify that the children under their authority have the sufficient swimming ability to safely use the pond.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                      • The provision of armbands is the responsibility of the client.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                      • Children who require diapers are only allowed in the pond if they are wearing a special waterproof swimming diaper.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                        \u00a0<\/span>Section 8.03 SPA SAUNA (Special rules)<\/span><\/span><\/p>

                        (a)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Access conditions<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                        • Access to the Sauna is NOT self-service.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                        • Open all year round<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                        • Access is available from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, or 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                        • By reservation only, 4 hours in advance at the latest.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                        • Subject to availability based on other bookings.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                        • Bath towels and robes are provided free of charge.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                          (b)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>For your SAFETY<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                          • Do not touch the very hot lava stones.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                          • Be aware that vasodilation caused by the heat can trigger a rapid heart rate, posing a risk for individuals with cardiovascular conditions (immediately exit the sauna if you feel unwell).<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                          • Do not manipulate the sauna\u2019s electronic console.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                          • Strictly prohibited to touch or manipulate the electrical installations of the sauna.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                            (c)\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>To respect HYGIENE<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                            • Swimsuit or swim trunks are mandatory.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                            • You must sit on the provided bath towels.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                            • Enter the sauna without any shoes or slippers.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                              (d)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Concerning MINORS<\/u><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                              • Access is PROHIBITED for minors under 16 years old.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                                \u00a0<\/span>Section 8.04 SPA NORDIC BATH (Special Rules)<\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                (a)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Access conditions<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                • Access to the Nordic Bath is NOT self-service.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                • Open all year round<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                • Access is available from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, or 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                • By reservation only, 4 hours in advance at the latest.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                • Subject to availability based on other bookings.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                • Bath towels and robes are provided free of charge.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                                  Access is prohibited:<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span> :<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                  • If the cover is present (it is forbidden to handle, remove, or replace it).<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                  • During maintenance\/regulation periods <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                  • In case of force majeure, or any other event that Mas Caners will explain to the client.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                                    (b)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>For your SAFETY<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                    • The NORDIC BATH is not a swimming pool or a place for games. It is a well-being and relaxation area dedicated to relaxation.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • The pool is not monitored.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • The maximum number of people allowed in the pool at the same time is 6 people, ensuring the water level remains no more than 10 cm below the pool's edge.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • Entry and exit to the pool are only allowed via the provided exterior ladder. Be careful to hold onto the pool's edges to avoid slipping.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • Sit on the seats provided at the bottom of the pool. Do not stand, jump, or sit on the pool's edges.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • The water temperature is a maximum of 38\u00b0C. <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • Be aware that vasodilation caused by the heat can trigger a rapid heart rate, posing a risk for individuals with cardiovascular conditions (immediately exit the sauna if you feel unwell).<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • Do not manipulate the electronic console, except for the ON\/OFF button for the \"Jet Hydro Massage\" pump.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • Strictly prohibited to touch or manipulate the electrical installations of the Nordic Bath.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                    • Do not handle the fire in the wood stove. No adding or removing wood or making any adjustments to the fire is allowed.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                                      (c)\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>To respect HYGIENE<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                      • Swimsuit or swim trunks are mandatory.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                      • Long hair must be tied back.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                      • Do not put your head underwater.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                      • Intimate relations are strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                                                  By entering the grounds of Mas Caners, all individuals present unconditionally agree to abide by this Internal Regulation. In the event of repeated violations and after polite reminders regarding the rules, Mas Caners reserves the right to ask the individuals involved to leave the property, without any refund. (Refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force).<\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                  This Internal Regulation is subject to modification without prior notice. The version applicable is the one in effect on the day the client is present on the premises, even if the reservation was made based on an earlier version.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

                                                  This Internal Regulation, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are available upon request and can be freely consulted on the property.
